Hotel Rules
Check-In & Check-Out: Guests are requested to check-in after 6:00 AM and check-out by 12:00 PM. Late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability.
Noise Policy: Please respect the comfort of other guests by keeping noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
No Smoking: Our hotel is a smoke-free environment. Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common areas.
Pet Policy: Pets are not welcome at our facility.
Damage and Theft: Guests are responsible for any damage to the hotel property and will be charged accordingly. Theft of hotel property will result in immediate action and charges.
Guest Safety: For the safety of all guests, please do not open the door to strangers and report any suspicious activity to the front desk immediately.
Visitors: Guests are allowed to have visitors in their rooms until 10:00 PM. Overnight visitors are not permitted without prior approval from the hotel management.
Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping services are provided. Please use the "Do Not Disturb" sign if you do not wish to be disturbed.
Cancellation
Standard Reservations:
Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date will incur no charges.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged the cost of one night's stay.
Non-Refundable Rates:
Reservations made under non-refundable rates cannot be canceled or modified. In case of cancellation, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Group Reservations:
For group reservations of 5 or more rooms, a 7-day cancellation notice is required to avoid any charges.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled check-in date will incur a charge equal to 50% of the total booking amount.
Early Departures:
In case of an early departure, the full amount of the original reservation will be charged.
No Shows:
Guests who do not check-in on the scheduled arrival date and have not notified the hotel in advance will be charged for one night's stay and the remaining reservation will be canceled.
Special Events:
During special events or peak seasons, a different cancellation policy may apply. Guests will be informed of any such changes at the time of booking.
Refunds:
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original method of payment.
